Being a college student is not what everybody expects it to
be. Being a college student is definitely not what the movies in today's world
is making it to be. I've come from Bryant, Arkansas and my major is early
childhood education. So that when I reach the age of 28 or mid 30's I can teach
young children at that time on things that I already know from what I was
taught. Growing up from where I’m from kids like me did not get to learn what
they should have learned. I enjoy being around many children because they bring
so much happiness and smiles upon everyone’s face, it seems as if they were
born for a purpose. I have two little siblings, Taniya and Leyah, of my own who
loves to teach and looks up to me to help them. I have started this blog
because although as of right now the children are small, but as they get old enough
to the point where they need to find out more about college they should know
the if’s and and’s it will be on going to college. They will also need to know
how the life is living on a college campus and the experience from somebody who
has already been. This blog is to show everyone what it will actually be in
terms of being a freshman, sophomore, junior, senior or even a super senior.
This is just to show and tell each and every one of you that when coming to
college it won’t be like middle school or high school, it’s like you are taking
on the real world and getting ready to put in hard work for what you want to be
and what you are striving to be. I’ve come to college to say that I did it when
I graduate. What will be your purpose of coming?
