Social networking is a NO!

The links above will describe to you how social networking is effecting you in such ways that could possibly harm your mind. One of the blogs are trying to tell you that social networking can cause you to have an eating disorder which by saying that while you are on a social site you can lose track on what you’re doing when your phone is in hand and your mind is telling you to pay attention to the network, but meanwhile you’re not keeping track on how much you’re eating. Eating too much can cause you to be sick and be unhealthy. They also show you how sites such as Facebook, twitter or even Myspace can cause lower grades or maybe even really bad depression to where you will have to get treated. Those social media sites are like a drama movie to kids our age. They have nothing but humans arguing with each other, telling what they are going to do to one another and things on their personal life. Those such things are amusing to us that’s why it’ll cause us to pay more attention to those certain people because it’s like a book we want to know what is going to happen next in their life. See me personally I think that the site’s should be more restricted and taken away from kids like us and only be allowed to more mature adults because we don’t know how to act once we see something is going on. If the sites get more strict students will have better grades and communicate with their family more and also make friends so that they can do some outside things instead of sitting in the house paying attention to those social sites like it’s a television show.

Being a college student is not what everybody expects it to be. Being a college student is definitely not what the movies in today's world is making it to be. I've come from Bryant, Arkansas and my major is early childhood education. So that when I reach the age of 28 or mid 30's I can teach young children at that time on things that I already know from what I was taught. Growing up from where I’m from kids like me did not get to learn what they should have learned. I enjoy being around many children because they bring so much happiness and smiles upon everyone’s face, it seems as if they were born for a purpose. I have two little siblings, Taniya and Leyah, of my own who loves to teach and looks up to me to help them. I have started this blog because although as of right now the children are small, but as they get old enough to the point where they need to find out more about college they should know the if’s and and’s it will be on going to college. They will also need to know how the life is living on a college campus and the experience from somebody who has already been. This blog is to show everyone what it will actually be in terms of being a freshman, sophomore, junior, senior or even a super senior. This is just to show and tell each and every one of you that when coming to college it won’t be like middle school or high school, it’s like you are taking on the real world and getting ready to put in hard work for what you want to be and what you are striving to be. I’ve come to college to say that I did it when I graduate. What will be your purpose of coming?
